tig-250 type arc welding machine adopts advanced pulse width modulation (pwm) technology and insulated gate bipolar transistor (igbt) power module to convert power frequency to intermediate frequency, so as to replace the bulky traditional arc welding machine with a compact intermediate frequency transformer the power frequency (low frequency) transformer of the tig-250 type arc welding machine is equipped with arc starting current, current ramp-up time, welding current, base value current, duty cycle, current ramp-down time, arc ending current, after the adjustment knobs such as air supply time, pulse frequency and cleaning effect can realize continuous and stepless setting parameters. this series of welding machines use high-frequency and high-voltage devices to start the arc when argon arc welding is performed to ensure a very high success rate of arc ignition.
